After years of on the ground experience, Steve decided to form SPass Ltd to realise his vision of having greater flexibility and control whilst still providing a professional service, and achieving high quality results. Overseeing all aspects of a project from strategic planning through to commissioning and testing allows a critical perspective of the project. This means high levels of professional accountability, immediate trouble shooting and delivery of systems within the allocated time-frames and budget.

With over 20 years experience in SCADA system design and integration within the process and rail transport industries, Steve has a high level of expertise and knowledge informed by practical experience.
